CHEM 474 Access Request Form

Complete this form to request an override to register for CHEM 474 (Biochemistry Laboratory) for Winter 2025 Registration. 

This form is primarily for B.S. Biochemistry & B.A.E. CHEM/BIOL Majors to share their CRN preferences. Outside majors seeking to enroll in CHEM 474, should also use this form. 

B.S. Biochemistry and B.A.E. CHEM/BIOL applicants are prioritized first. B.S. Biochemistry applicants are then prioritized based on their Phase II admittance and Special Circumstances Request Form decisions. B.A.E. CHEM/BIOL applicants are prioritized based on their Special Circumstances Request Form decisions. All other applicants are prioritized after B.S. Biochemistry and B.A.E. CHEM/BIOL applicants by graduation date.
