Key Requests

Please request which keys you need using the webform below. Your submission will route through your faculty PI or supervisor for approval. Once approved and key deposit is paid, you will be contacted by the chemistry department to set up a time to receive your keys. If you have waited longer than one week for supervisor approval, please contact chemistry@wwu.edu and/or your supervisor.

We require student researchers to pay a 1-time refundable $30 deposit for the duration keys are checked out from the department. Key deposits are refunded upon return of all department keys. 

Form will route through your supervisor or faculty P.I. 
Supervisor approval and key deposit are both required prior to keys being issued. 

By checking this box, you are agreeing to pay the deposit after submitting this form. Keys will not be issued until the deposit is paid.

Once your key request is approved and deposit is paid, the chemistry department will be in contact with you to schedule a key pickup time.
